for minor pre-existing conditions.
Monthly payments can be made by checking
account withdrawal or direct bills. If the
client selects monthly direct bill $10
will be added on to the ongoing premiums.
Humana
will approve application with effective
dates for any day of the month.
Humana will not give an effective for at
least 30 days out if the client has not
had health insurance in the past 180 days.
