Assurant is a rate-up and cover carrier
for minor pre-existing conditions.

Monthly payments can be made by checking
account withdrawal only. The only
way for a client to mail in payments would
be to set them up on a quarterly bill.

Assurant will approve application with
effective dates for any day of the month
except the 28,29,30 and 31st.
