• Humana - 20% 1st Year with 6 month advance (in GA it's 17%)

• Assurant - 20% 1st Year with 12 month advance

• Aetna - 17% 1st year with a 6 month advance

• 80% 1st year commission if we do all the work (All we need is the name of the person and what they want. We will set up paramed, get application signed, and take care of all underwriting issues)

• 90% 1st year commission if you do all the work
